Web store software

Shopify

Our web store is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Webhosting

Vimexx

We use web hosting and email services from Vimexx. Vimexx processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Vimexx is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Email and mailing lists Vimexx

We use the services of Vimexx for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

To handle (a part of) the payments in our web store, we use Mollie's platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context.

All the aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than is permitted under statutory terms.

Stripe

To handle (a part of) the payments in our web store, we use the Stripe platform. Stripe processes your name, address, and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Stripe shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit assessors. We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to elaborate on your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. DHL

Snelstart

For keeping our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Snelstart is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Snelstart does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

External sales channels

Marktplaats.nl

We sell (a part of) our articles via the Marktplaats.nl platform. If you place an order through this platform, Marktplaats.nl shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We handle your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.Cooperation with fiscal and criminal investigations In some cases, Dynoforce ® may be obliged, based on a legal obligation, to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by the government. Retention periods

We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request for erasure. This also means that we will not retain your data for longer than two years from the last contact moment or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

Your rights

Based on applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on our behalf. Below, we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send transcripts and copies of your data to your email address already known to us. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep an administration of handled requests; in the case of a request for erasure, we administer anonymized data. All transcripts and copies of data will be provided to you in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. Cookies from the American company Google are placed via our website, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website.
