Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you will receive the paid order amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery. The direct costs for returning the product to Dynoforce are at your own expense, unless Dynoforce is responsible for an incorrectly delivered, damaged, or defective product.
The product must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging, including all delivered accessories. You are responsible for proper packaging and return shipment. We advise sending returns trackable and, for valuable products, insured. Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
We will process your return as soon as the package has been received by us. Upon receipt, we will check the product for completeness, damage, signs of use, assembly, and processing. If the product has been used beyond what was necessary to assess it, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete, assembled, or processed, we may deduct a reasonable depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your cancellation notification. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has actually been returned to Dynoforce.
Digital products such as software licenses, activation codes, and downloads cannot be returned after delivery if you have previously agreed to direct delivery and the waiver of your right of withdrawal. Products that have been custom-made, adapted, sprayed, or personalized also cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@dynoforce.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product.
