1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods, depending on your location and the size of your order. Our standard delivery options are:

  • Standard Delivery: If your item is in stock and ordered before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same business day.
  • Pick up in Store: Would you prefer to pick up your order? Please contact us to make an appointment.

Please note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the total amount of your order:

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €99,-.
  • Standard Shipping: € 7.50 for orders under €99.

The exact shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.


3. International Shipping

We also ship to countries outside the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders depend on the destination. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.


4. Track & Trace

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. You can use this to track the status of your package until it is delivered to you.


5. Delivery

Our packages are delivered by reliable transport partners such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, etc. If you are not home, you will receive a message with instructions for picking up or redelivering your package.


6. Delays and Problems

Although we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical problems. Should your order be delayed, we will contact you.
