Here's how to recognize your system.
A standalone device with a suction cup on the windshield, powered via USB-C or the 12-volt socket.
A narrow row of LEDs, usually built into the rearview mirror and operated with two buttons.
A small touchscreen in or on the dashboard, with its own signal bar per emergency service.

Firmware and settings
This page contains manuals, not firmware files. A firmware update for the Blu Eye 2 or LaserTrack goes on a USB stick, for example the Blu Eye 2 USB stick. If you do not know which version you are currently running, or the update gets stuck, ask us before you continue.
First generation Blu Eye
There is no manual online here for the first generation. If you are looking for one, or for a setting you cannot find in the PDF, we will look it up for you.
Ordering parts
