The Blu Eye 2 detects communication from police, ambulance, and fire services nearby, even when they're driving without sirens or lights. You get a timely warning, so you can react calmly: ease off the gas, make room, stay in control.
No sudden shock when an ambulance is suddenly behind you, no surprise from an unmarked patrol. More peace of mind, for you and for emergency services.
Network detection, not a radar detector.
The system recognizes the presence of TETRA communication from emergency services within about a kilometer, depending on the surroundings.
Blu Eye doesn't measure speed cameras or laser checks. It only warns you about emergency services nearby.
The system only receives and doesn't decrypt anything. Its use is allowed in the Netherlands.

Where you stand with the law?
Blu Eye only receives the presence of TETRA communication and doesn't decrypt anything. It's not a radar detector and its use is allowed in the Netherlands.

Does it also work without sirens or lights?
Yes. Detection works on emergency services' communication, not on sound or light. You actually notice unmarked vehicles sooner this way.
Can emergency services tell that I use a Blu Eye?
No. The system only receives and doesn't transmit anything itself.
How long does installation take?
Four to six hours, and your car is usually ready the same day. The installation page shows how such a day goes.
Can the system move to my next car?
Yes. We move it over to your new car at the workshop.
What's the difference with the Blu Eye GO?
The Blu Eye 2 is permanently and invisibly installed. The GO is portable, you install it yourself within a few minutes, and take it with you between cars.
