What you need to know.
The bootmod3 FlexFuel Kit High Flow makes your BMW or Toyota Supra ethanol-ready (E30 to E85), without cutting into the original fuel lines or wiring. The kit is fully plug & play and installed in no time.
Ethanol has a much higher knock resistance than gasoline, which allows for significantly more power. With this kit, a flex fuel sensor continuously measures the ethanol percentage in your fuel. The bootmod3 CustomROM software automatically adjusts the tune to match, from 0 to 100 percent ethanol, without needing to reflash. Just fill up with whatever's available and drive.
Why the High Flow kit
- Fully plug & play on the original wiring harness and fuel lines. No cutting, soldering, or making new lines.
- The aluminum (6061) sensor adapter is flow-optimized: even at full pump flow, there's no extra pressure drop in the fuel system. Important if you're using the original fuel system to its limit.
- Continental flex fuel sensor with CANbus Ethanol Content Analyzer (ECA), which works seamlessly with bootmod3 CustomROM and the flex fuel OTS MultiMaps.
- Ethanol percentage visible in the app and, through CustomROM, even on your tachometer.
- All connections sealed with fuel-resistant Viton O-rings; kink-free braided PTFE line with a -6 AN fitting.
- Two extra 1/8 NPT ports for an optional fuel pressure sensor, handy for cars without an original pressure signal.
- Fully reversible: the kit removes without a trace and the car is back to original.
Choose the right version
Select the variant above that fits your car: BMW F-series S55/N55, F-series B58/B48, or G-series B58/B48, each with a mounting location (on the original pump hat in the tank, in the engine bay, or under the car). Not sure which kit you need? Get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
Note: the versions for the original pump hat (fuel hat) are intended for cars with the standard fuel pump and wiring. If you have a modified fuel system, choose the engine bay variant instead.
Installation and tuning at Dynoforce
You can easily install the kit yourself, but we're also happy to do it for you at our workshop in Elburg, including setting up the flex fuel tune through bootmod3. After you order, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment.
