What you need to know.
The FlexFuel Kit Basic is the affordable alternative to our High Flow kit. It makes your BMW (Gen1 and Gen2 B48/B58, S58) or Toyota Supra ethanol-ready, fully plug & play and installed in the engine bay.
Ethanol has a much higher knock resistance than gasoline, which allows for significantly more power. With this kit, a flex fuel sensor continuously measures the ethanol percentage in your fuel. The bootmod3 CustomROM software automatically adjusts the tune to match, from 0 to 100 percent ethanol, without needing to reflash.
What's in the kit
- Continental flex fuel sensor with matching wiring harness.
- CANbus Ethanol Content Analyzer (ECA) that works seamlessly with bootmod3 CustomROM and the flex fuel OTS MultiMaps.
- Two special 5/16" plug & play fittings for the original fuel lines. No cutting or making new lines.
- Power and CANbus wiring harness, fully plug & play on the Body Domain Controller (BDC) of your BMW or Supra.
Why this kit
- Installs at home in about an hour instead of a day in the garage.
- Fully reversible: the kit removes without a trace and the car is back to original.
- More affordable than the High Flow kit, which remains the better choice if you want to get the maximum out of the fuel system.

Installation and tuning at Dynoforce
You can install the kit yourself, but we're also happy to do it for you at our workshop in Elburg, including setting up the flex fuel tune through bootmod3. After you order, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment.

The delivery time is listed with each product under the price, since it differs per item. What's in stock here and ordered before 5:00 PM ships the same day. Carbon fiber parts are made to order; how long that takes is shown on the product page.
