LaserTrack is a compact system that is permanently installed in your car and does two things at once: it recognizes the signals of police laser guns and it works as a remote control for your garage door, garden gate or outdoor lighting. Dynoforce supplies LaserTrack and installs it by appointment at our own workshop in Elburg.
What does LaserTrack do?
LaserTrack combines laser recognition with a comfort function in one permanently installed system. Speed is measured in more and more ways: with average speed checks, speed cameras, unmarked video cars and increasingly with a laser gun along the road. LaserTrack's electronics recognize such a laser pulse and report it in the car immediately. According to the manufacturer, the system intervenes before the laser gun can complete a measurement.
The comfort side is something you use daily. With the laser signal you remotely open an electric garage door or a garden gate, or switch on the outdoor lighting. You no longer need a separate remote and your window stays closed.
The basic set consists of the LaserTrack main unit, a control display that alerts visibly and audibly, and the accompanying wiring.
Responsible use
A system like this is not a license to drive faster. You remain responsible for the speed limit and for the rules of the country you drive in. If you are not sure whether using it suits your situation, discuss it with us before you order.
Can you combine LaserTrack with the Target Blu Eye 2?
Yes, and it is a popular combination. The two systems do not overlap: the Blu Eye 2 detects emergency services via radio signals on the C2000 network, LaserTrack works with laser light. With the add-on cable Blu Eye 2 with LaserTrack you connect LaserTrack to the add-on port of the Blu Eye 2. After that you operate LaserTrack entirely from the Blu Eye display and pause it with a tap on the laser icon. That saves a second display in the interior.

How does the installation work?
Installation takes place by appointment at our store and workshop in Elburg, and a courtesy car is available during the work. A laser system only works properly if the components have a clear view of the road, so we determine per car where they can sit front and rear without showing in the car's appearance. We tuck the main unit out of sight, connect the power supply with a fuse, and place the control display where you can reach it without it distracting you. Cables run hidden behind the trim.
If you have LaserTrack installed together with a Blu Eye 2, we do it in one appointment. The wiring largely follows the same route, so that saves time.
