Toyota GAZOO Racing didn't build the GR Yaris for the masses, and neither did we. Backed by CFD testing, the full carbon body kit was developed to work in conjunction with the GR Yaris' aerodynamic platform. The result is approximately 165 lbs (+734N) of additional downforce with minimal drag.
The rear diffuser is where downforce really does its job. By accelerating the air flowing under the car, it creates a low-pressure area that pulls the rear of the vehicle to the road surface. This improves high-speed stability and inspires more confidence in corners.
